With the exception of HDL, those are very good numbers if you are natural.

First of all, I want to commend you for getting bloodwork done.
I would have to disagree that they are very good though.
Your BUN & Creatinine levels are high (normally they are high for a man with as much muscle as you have), but there are higher than optimal. (although I will say you didnt post a range ,so perhaps they are within normal for the lab you used). I didnt see a GFR, but with those #'s you are looking at some mild kidney dysfunction (are you taking creatine??).
Your glucose is high. I am not sure how long your last meal was before your lab draw, but as long as it was 8-10 hours, your blood glucose should be lower. (it doenst have to be 12 hours).
Your liver enzymes are mildly elevated, but they are in most men who lift anyways (I am sure you know they are not liver specific anyways).

What would one do to lower glucose levels?

creatinine close to 2.0 can mean the kidneys are functioning at aprx 50%. Certain medications and/or dehydration can elevate creatinine. I'd be concerned with the combo of elevated creatinine and a glucose at 123--a fasting glucose of 123 makes me think diabetes...combine that with elevated creatinine and I'd say that person is already a diabetic or will be in the near future. If my fasting glucose was over 100, and even of more concern over 120, I'd be getting follow up tests very quickly to figure out whats going on

Yes, at first glance, BUN, creatinine and glucose look high......I know taking creatine, ACE , training can raise them both.....I get blood tests every 3-4 months.....I am always at these levels for the last 4 years EXCEPT for the glucose which was always 75. 123 is high for me.....I wont do what I did before the test next time. I will look into the A1C.........Although this test is for someone with diabetes and is recommended to keep sugar under 170. I am 123.
