Dev are you using that Indian Aromasin now? If not add some in. If you are then swop over to Genotec Aromasin at 5mg ed or 10mg eod and that will sort you out.

Try to improve your cholesterol profile. I would recommend adding in krill and/or fish oil. Perhaps something like Cholesterol Pro by NOW Foods.

Donate some blood to get your HCT and HBG down.

Drink more water in general. Plus next time you take the test drink a lot of water beforehand. It will also help when drawing the blood out too.

ok so estrogen issue is no problem mate. I was not taking any anti estrogen. stopped for good 3-4-5 months something like that for no good reason. total random decision. i started 2 days ago back on.

split 1 x 25 mg pill
took 12. 5 mg wed night
12.5 mg Thurs night

with a fat containing meal. this is when i take my fish oil too.

i do fish oil already, carlsons. i was about to explore krill oil. need to order swansons krill which i spoke about in krill oil thread.

i will check cholesterol pro. cheers.

donating blood is an issue. remember i told u i gave one lot & they wrote me thanks but fuck off you got maleria antibodies in your blood. cant take it n give someone else.

they asked me the antibodies will be in blood for a while so dont donate for a "unforseen" future.

i received a letter from london from a big shot hematology consultant explaining this. they cancelled my online account on www.blood.co.uk too lol

i need help doing a self phelbatomy. i m going to ask Got Game regd this. see what he got to say.

Estrogen issue was entirely my fault. not a problem. i can fix that.

lipids also i can fix. i was not doing any cardio lately as my time after wts was being consumed by rehab work for my injuries on my right lower Extrimity.

Cholesterol Pro or Sytrinol both from NOW Foods get good reviews. Then there is also Jarrow's Citrus Bergamot if you want to try another brand. That combined with fish/krill oïl would be great. Even if your levels were fine I think for any AAS using bodybuilder it's probably worth adding them in to ensure levels stay within range.

It's funny I posted here as I just received my 2nd blood test results about 20 mins ago. I will have to start a thread about them later... very unusual but generally improved so I am happy.

i havent taken any lately for good 4-5 months supp wise. when i did before i use chelated mag by dr best brand byglisinate one.

i also have a bottle of liquid mag which i use to take . its just chloride form which i use to take but havent for long time.
