Hey guys get a physical done, my Estradiol is at 64!!! OUCH! That’s without any TRT usage. Also my total testosterone 496 and FREE testosterone is at 52.5, which is low! My doctor recommended “DIM-Plus” a natural anti estrogen, he informed me that once my estrogen goes down my free testosterone will go up? Hmmmmm?

Also my vitamin D is at 32-which is low according to him. Lastly my HDL cholesterol is at 32 L, Triglycerides 266 H, and my LDL- Cholesterol 111.

He recommended fish oils etc. But not TRT I’m really sensitive to Testosterone, since my estrogen builds up rapidly but I know that I need to find a good Anti Estrogen to minimize the effects of Estrogen buildup. So far I use Letro and I have some proviron and tamixen, but those are not very effective~

I want to get back on TRT though, maybe a low dosage per week… Just need some guidance, thanks guys!

estro is slightly high....unless you are 21yo, your test is NOT low...

but if looking to enhance...

small dose prop everyday....slin pin admin...20mg.
as easy as taking a mutli vit. you don't need an anti estro.

Free testosterone is what counts, not the total testosterone. Well, atleast to my MD it doesn't seem to think so. The important part thats important in the bloodword is the free part... which is low

free test is just NOT BOUND to the hormone.....yet.

you are probably hyperthyroid.....are you on meds for it..??

what were your kidney numbers...???

Everything withing range~ No thyroid issues
