Easier than cooking, tastes great, lot of energy. Comments, criticisms, suggestions?
1) 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup water
2) 1 scoop Dymatize Elite 12-hour protein vanilla
3) 2 whole eggs cage-free organic
4) 1/2 cup organic multi-grain oatmeal (oats, rye, wheat, barley) ground using coffee grinder
5) half banana and hand full of blueberries and strawberries
6) Tbsp peanut butter
7) 2 Tbsp wheat germ
