Best burger ever 1/2 lbs London Broil 4 egg whites , Eziekel salt free bread well toasted to hold it together, minced garlic , onions , green peppers. I use Pam and just make patties. If I need carbs I buy a salt free pasta from my grocery store.
 
I personally would classify this more as a meat loaf patty than a burger... no bread or eggs or chopped up vegetables in my burgers just meat and seasonings other stuff can go on top if i want it :)
 
No Worcestershire sauce?

I pretty much do the same for burgers, but at the Worc sauce in the ground beef as I form the burgers. Makes em super juice and flavorful.
 
Thanks for the recipie. I'm going to try this, got some ground turkey to add in as well, I'll make the patties and store them in the fridge until I'm ready to eat them one at a time. What do you use to cook them? I have a foreman grill but you have to be careful not to turn them into a hockey puck with that device.
 
sounds good...I hate onions etc so a lil A1 and lawrys hand formed and thrown on the grill for me!
