she came to me looking like a regular person. in 6 weeks she has followed everything i asked her to do. she now has a great v taper and muscles popping everywhere. i took this pic to prove to her how good her back looks. her goal was to do one pullup...well today she tried for the first time in 6 weeks....try 6 on her own!!!! superseted with one arm db rows. simply amazing how far she has come. ans she is beeming with confidence. she seems to like the american gladiators a lot....that may be a goal for her.
just wanted to share her results as she deserves recognition.

That's what i call results! Good work there. As far as I can tell she looks great and is well on her way to an incredible body. So her hard work is getting recognition already!!

honestly she looks a lot better than the pic. i took it with my phone to show her cuz she thought i was just being nice when i told her how much her back improved. figure competition has even sparked her intrest as she just bought her first copy of oxygen magazine. she has a long lean look with wide clavicals and a tiny waist. the way she is progressing this year she might be able to do a show. shes one of those people you cant wait to train cuz she just lays it all on the line and pushes so hard that in the end sometimes she almost passes out. lol

Great back and shoulder developement. Definatley a sign in women of somone working out hard since supposly thier upper bodies are not as easy developed as lower. Tell her great job and keep it up.
