well guys ive been kinda hush, hush this year, no pics no nothing and just thought I would finally give you guys a lil update on what im "planning" on doing this year. Nothing is set in stone yet as my finances aren't where i want them to be right now as my job is really being some cheap ass's with cutting back this year.
my relative plans for now are to hit the bluegrass classic (tricky jackson's show) on oct. 24th (7 weeks out this saturday) and then HOPEFULLY ride into florida for nationals in november (11 weeks out this saturday). Right now im sitting at 208 first thing in the morning which is 11 pounds lighter than i was last year at this far out from nationals, Which is great considering i will still have 4 more weeks of dieting before i hit nationals this year
The blue grass classic is pretty much a for sure thing and Nationals will all depend on my funds as Hollywood florida is going to be an expensive ass trip and i don't know if i can pull it off or not.
Diet
diet has been pretty much a keto diet this year (doing my own prep) with a once a week shitload day (first 4 meals). I plan on doing a shitload for my carbup for tricky's show and if everything goes like i want i will do the same for nationals if im able to go. Nothing fancy about the diet just protein and healthly fats.
Training
Training is pretty much still heavy and intense but ive added a lil more volume to it and im doing a lot of negatives this year, and my leg workouts are a lot higher reps and high volume and im loving it as ive had no knee pain this whole prep and getting some brutal leg workouts in. I have really stayed away from squats and deadlifts as much as possible this past year in hopes to try and bring my waist in as small as possible and it has def. worked, my workouts partners who are brutally honest to me said the other day that my waist is a lot smaller than it was last year (diet has contributed to this also).
Gear
well im just saying this for people who are overseas in country's where gear is legal. My new saying is "a gram of T is all you need". thats it. If i could legally partake in gear a gram of test enanthate would be all that i would run until 6 weeks out in which i would add in masteron and winny and drop the T.E. at 4.5 weeks out, but im in the United States so i got to go at it all natural as gear is highly illegal here.
so thats it for now people i may post some pics later on in the prep as i get closer to the bluegrass classic in the members pics section.
