Not Shleby, but its smoke point is reported to be anywhere from 150°C or 300°F, to 235°C or 450°F. (This depends on the refinement used to produce the oil, as well as the quantity we use, and the amount of time it is subjected to heat.)

Likely safe to cook with anywhere below the smoke point of the red palm oil being used...

Man I tried the red palm oil but the smell/taste/texture is just too weird for me. I ended up throwing it out and im back to coconut and mac nut oil

eh cmon bro its not that bad! kinda tastes like pumpkin imo, so many health benefits ;)
 
It's not bad, just...off. With all the food I eat every day its already hard enough putting it all down without having to think about gagging that stuff down. Ill stick with coconut and get my antioxidants elsewhere
 
coconut oil doesnt offer the same cardiovascular benefits, jus saying
