The Workout

Day 1 (Chest, Back)
>> Warm up assisted pull ups (2 set of 6 reps each)
Pull ups (1 set front grip, 1 set rear grip, both to failure)
>> Warm up push ups (1 set of 20 reps)
Inclined Dumbbell Bench - 30 degree (warm up set, 3 x 4-6 reps)
Dumbbell Bench Press (3 x 4-6 reps)
T-Bar or Seated Cable Rows (3 x 4-6 reps)
One Arm Dumbbell Row (3 x 4-6 reps)

Day 2 (Delts, Bis, Tris)
Dumbbell or Barbell Military press (warm up set, 3 x 4-6 reps)
Dumbbell Lateral Raise (3 x 4-6 reps)
Skull Crushers (3 x 4-6 reps)
>> Alternatively Dips (3 x failure) or Kickbacks (3x 8-10)
Standing Barbell or Barbell Curl (3 x 4-6 reps)
Deadlifts (3 x 10-12 reps)

Day 3 (Legs, Calves, Traps)
Squats (5 x 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 reps)

...a few questions:

(?) Where should I take Liv.52? During, before, or after the Dbols? I've heard recs for all three?

(?) What do you think of taking Nolvadex throughout the cycle?

unless your prone to gyno then I would not worry with the nolvadex through the cycle , the deca and test together for that amout of time will likly shut your nuts down pretty good , I would run the test two week longer at 250mg/wk to taper back down and not worry with the clomid/nolva for PCT , I have run PCT several times and never saw any noticable differance between tapering off for two weeks or running the PCT.

I would also run some DHEA at 75-100mg/ed throughout the whole cycle and if your worried about nut shrinkage or it taking them long to come back then spend the money from the PCT drugs on come HCG and hit that 2/3's the way through the cycle.

The workout looks decient , I would swap the movements up from week to week , like one week do what you have posted for chect and the next week do some decline presses and dips , hit the muscle from all differant angles. Are you working out every other day or 3 days on one day off or what? Make sure you allow ample time for recovery even though your using AAS the recovery is when you go.

The biggest factor of course is the diet , I woulden't say that the diet is "locked in" till you have asked about that also unless your working with a trainer or somthing , so what does the diet look like?
You can take all the drugs in the world and if the diet is on target than you will be missing out on alot of potential growth
 
Why is it that when I see low frequency/low volume workouts I feel like yelling "you need to do more!" For some people this works fine, though. So good for the poster.

IMO, that is too much for a second cycle. What about your Diet? At 6'1" and 200 pounds, you need too eat more. Work out? I am up in the air about that one, personally you need basic heavy movements. Heavy weight equals more size, providing your diet is in check. All these threads are repetitive, You show your work out and cycle, but lack the DIET!

300p means nothing, you could only be eating about 2500 calories with that much or less. Your problem is your diet. I personally would take some of that money and hire someone to teach you what you need to eat. No cookie cutter diet will work for everyone. Basic movements? Squats, deadlifts, Dips, overhead presses, barbell curls, wide grip chinups, ETC. In other words: HEAVY MOVEMENTS WITH ALOT OF WEIGHT. I would not recommend much more than 500mg of test for a second cycle. The problem with AAS is with out the correct diet and right training program, it is not as near as effective. I been training for close to 30 years and always work or hire someone who looks alot more impressive than me. When I was young, I went to the biggest guy in the gym(he wasn't fat) and had him help me. You wouldn't be asking these questions if you knew them, some times a small investment in knowledge goes a long way. I am not blowing you off, but there is no way, I could effectively answer all your questions with out seeing the whole picture.
 
Quick question, on shoulder,bi's,tri's day, you listed deadlifts as your last workout. Has to be a typo or you need to get a better understanding of grouping muscles cause if its not a typo, you just did back on monday, no deadlifts, but on shoulder and arms day you are doing deadlifts? concentrate more on proper training and eating with basic supplements and less on the "cycle" and "pct' items.

Good Advice and that exactly what I'm planning on doing , I've been lifting for 17+ years 14 of those was off and on competitive power lifting , I'be been dealing with AAS for half that and I relized this year that I'm not nearly as big or lean as I could have been if I had worried more about nutrition than the gym or drugs.

Proper nutrition is 60% (maybe more) of this game , it don't mater how much you train or what drugs you take you will never reach your potential if your diet is not on
