Both at night. I heard the MK-677 makes you sleepy, so I dose it PM. Not sure if that's true because I do it just before bed.

Do u ever have any nights that u dont sleep well taking it at night? It is supposed to hit a pulse at 12 hrs i believe? Some say to take in the am?

Update: I'm still running a cold. Limited calories. Stress from school. Not fun.

Bright side- 272 AM weight at the doctors in spite of seriously slacking for the last week.

I took a 14 day break from sticking. Needed to see the do to for my blood work and blood pressure check. Everything is good and I'm re-starting my run. Weight is still 270!

LOL I had that shit happen twice when I tried taking 5mg at once.. now i just stick with 1-2mg and Im fine.. and "runs" is an understatement

I've decided to take a few weeks break from the peptides. Why?

I'll be testing out GH and getting labs done on 2 different brands.

Why does this matter?

I will be doing labs for Progen to compare IGF levels of their DAC and MK-677. I love them both, but thought it would be helpful to show you guys that what I'm feeling is no placebo. You'll see my GH results compared to my DAC/MK-677 results.

Has anybody else done IGF testing?

How did you dose it according to the test? What do you recommend?

I'll be doing it for GH, immediately followed by DAC/MK from Progen.

That water retention is no joke...gained 7 lbs in a week when I tried the Dac briefly just at 2mg a week.

Bout to do it again for a solid run and already worried about all the water...I gained all of it around the waist

I've experiences that as well. About 10lbs. HCTZ fixed 50% of it.

I don't worry though. 10-14 days later, it's gone.
