My diet and suppl., please advice...

I'm now in bulking fase, my weight is 180 pounds (90kg).


8 h. : oatmeal (1cup)
1 glas of orange juice

1 multivit
1 vitamine C
5g of glutamine
5 mg dianabol
1 cap milk thistle


10h : 1 weightgainershake



12h: 6 potato's, with a good piece of steak, veggies
5g glutamine
5mg dianabol
1 cap milk thistle





14h: 1 weightgainershake

15h 15: (pre-workout)
5mg dianabol
1 banana
1 slice of brune bread with honey

15h 30: workout


17h 30 : (post-workout)
1 big glas of coca-cola (for my fast sugars, i can't get dextrose now)

18h : 2 cups of rice with 2 chickenbreasts
5mg dianabol
5 g glutamine
1 cap milk thistle

21h: 1 weightgainershake
5 mg dianabol
5 g glutamine
1 cap milk thistle

22h: bedtime !



total: 20 g glut.
25 mg dianabol (russian)
1 g milk thistle
carbs: i don't have a clue
protien: i don't know
calories: i don't know

How much protien/cal/protien i'm eating right now? I don't know how i can count them..
 
There's sites on the net and books at the grocery store that help with this. It will say like so many ounces of chicken is so many grams of protein and so on. Sometimes you can get away with it, but in the long run its best to know.

Your breakfast is weak. Throw in like 6eggs with some chopped up chicked breast and bagle or some toast.

For after a workout I woudntl drink Coke. I would get some 100% whey protein and mix it with water

Here is a site you can you use to help you crunch cals/proten/fat

I'd add 8 egg whites and 2-3 yolks to your first meal - you're missing protein!

Yolks are the "yellow portion"/middle of the egg

I always thought that i don't need the yellow stuff, because it's no protien and all colosterol? Why do need the yellow stuff?
 
Seriously, take a look at that website that was posted by Jimbo and it will show you what the yolk has to offer (thanks Jim!). Also, this may be a given, but I'll ask anyway, are you drinking enough water? You didn't mention it, but again, I'm thinking you thought that was a given, but, not sure, because drinking coca-cola after a workout should be a given (of what not to do--not a flame). There's certainly much better choices than that. Good luck and take care!

About yolks:
Since you're bulking a couple won't hurt you, more protein and fat - fats & carbs will be burned - it's your 1st meal, remember

If you were cutting, I'say to leave 'em out and do more whites.

I drink 4 liters of water a day. ;)

I drink the cola because it's all sugar,and i need sugar after my workout? So why is cola so bad?? sugar = sugar? Right?
 
It would be better to take in maltodextrin (glucose polymers) and dextrose post workout, rather than "sucrose" (coca cola).

My bad - what little carbs there are in eggs is all in the white!

90kg is 198lbs.

180lbs is 82kg.
