Just need a little insight on my diet.......ive got 3 months to cut down before i go on vacation......
Meal 1
2 whole eggs, 5 whites, 1/2 cup oats
meal 2
2 cups low fat cottage cheese, 1oz. almonds
meal3
8 oz. chicken breast
1/4 cup brown rice
meal 4
8 oz. tuna
3 cups romaine
1 1/2 tbs. hellmans low fat mayo(made with olive oil)
meal 5 (post workout)
2 scoops Beverly Internatinal UMP
1/2 cup oats
meal 6
6oz. flank steak
3 cups romaine
meal 7
2 eggs whole, 5 whites
1 tbs. natty peanut butter
Was givin to me by a competive bodybuilder at my gym. He's about the same size as me. Im currently 6'2 215 around 13-14% bodyfat
