Just need a little insight on my diet.......ive got 3 months to cut down before i go on vacation......

Meal 1
2 whole eggs, 5 whites, 1/2 cup oats
meal 2
2 cups low fat cottage cheese, 1oz. almonds
meal3
8 oz. chicken breast
1/4 cup brown rice
meal 4
8 oz. tuna
3 cups romaine
1 1/2 tbs. hellmans low fat mayo(made with olive oil)
meal 5 (post workout)
2 scoops Beverly Internatinal UMP
1/2 cup oats
meal 6
6oz. flank steak
3 cups romaine
meal 7
2 eggs whole, 5 whites
1 tbs. natty peanut butter

Was givin to me by a competive bodybuilder at my gym. He's about the same size as me. Im currently 6'2 215 around 13-14% bodyfat

Yeah i was thinking of adding some protein to meal 1 for sure. Does it look like a diet i could possibly cut down to 7-8% bodyfat with. Thats where i would like to be sitting in the next 12 weeks
 
That looks like a pretty solid cutting diet. If you hit a wall with the high protien, high fat, mod carbs, you can always just manipulate the carbs some more or add a little cardio.

Out of curiosity, why does he have you taking in oats Post WO this early into the diet as oppose to a fast digesting source?

Id say thats a good bet. You still want the fast digesting carbs post WO until you absolutely have to cut it out to keep losing weight, and IMHO, that should only be after you cut the rest of your carbs out of your diet.

who did your B/F% for you.. with your height and weight you should be pretty slim already... im 5'10 and 220 and my percentage is same.. so why get so technical with diet.. lift and do cardio.. keep protein levels high and eat more faster digesting carbs later in day and you should burn it quick.. remember your slower digesting carbs you always eat earlier so you burn more efficient through out day..

He just estimated it. Im not overly big or anything but im not trying to be right now. Im just looking to get my abs back and have some good muscle seperations
 
Where are fruits in this diet?? So liitle vegetsbles. This is not enough nutritious diet. No tomatoes carrots etc. Calories deficit is only one part of equation.

This stupid shit is getting kind of played out, it's just a bunch of newbie fucks trying to get enough post to get into the sponsors section, would be nice if one of these newbies would actually contribute something when they come, hell start a thread introducing yourself, your goals, your stats....THAT WOULD BE AN EASY WAY TO GET SOME POST ON THE BOARD and contribute SOMETHING of value here.

This is like the 5th ten year old post you’ve responded to. You know what you’re doing. How bout contributing to some current threads? And also, why would he want to add some complex carb powder to a meal that has oatmeal in it when he’s trying to cut?

It's not hard to wind up on old threads. Click one current thread and the suggestions at the bottom are frequently old as fuck. That being said, check the date Spider! You wouldn't eat something without checking the date, same goes for threads. This one is expired bro!
