Bro you looked amazing. i know everyone suffers dieting and i know you did but you were so upbeat, nice and personable. Kari and i both just about fell out of our seats when you waled out. It was a great super heavy class, however.....you stood out like a diamond in the rough!

We were proud to say...thats our boy dusty and he busted his ass to get here!

It was great catching up with you again bro and meeting your family!

Keep in touch and thanks for the interview for our site. You are what bodybuilding SHOULD be about, hard work, determination, and not stopping!

I can assure you they will be significant. How do I know? This morning he comes walking into the gym and I get the "I'm not going to be trying to break any records today as I'm still a bit dehydrated." I knew what happened next was coming. When a highly motivated individual feels that their best still isn't good enough and that they need to work harder....you get a heavy, intense, mother F'n back training session. The funny thing is I expected a great training session and I know the next 5-6 six weeks will be hell, but in the best way possible.
