My Experience Stacking HGH and T4 *NOT What you would Think

What time of day are you taking your L-thyroxine (T4), evening or morning?

Taking it with or without food?

Do you have acid reflux (GERD), if so, do you take anything...Rx or OTC to combat this?

Any antibiotics lately?

What's your supplement regiments like?
 
So, I was taking it in the morning when I first woke up out of bed. I only drank a protein shake about an hour later.
 
Some recommendations are suggested not to take T4 within 4 hours of any calcium containing foods/supplements.

Are you a coffee connoisseur as well upon waking? If so this is a double whammy on L-thyroxine absorption.

I personally take my L-thyroxine at bedtime. There's evidence indicating better therapeutic responses.

You may consider that.

Good points, I'll add:

FWIW, patient counseling info for levothyroxine includes taking 30mins-1hr in morning on empty stomach (this is probably to insure no issues with absorption due to intake--you can take at any time and be fine as long as you do the following) and 4hrs away from iron, calcium, or magnesium containing supplements (think multis, antacids), as well as 2 hours apart from coffee / fiber-containing supplements.

If anyone is interested, searching for levothyroxine prescriber information will turn up the drug information packets usually supplied with the product (that itty bitty piece of paper that's folded a million times that you may or may not receive with some of your RX drugs). These include all that info and more things than you'd ever want to know (dosing, comprehensive warnings, how the drug is excreted, interactions, etc).
