My Fascination with inj L-Carnitine

Whats with L-carnitine in oil like gso/mct? I see this available some places but then have read that it’s not soluble… Anyone here have experience with it in oil instead of bac water? Oil smoother with no burning vs it in bac water, which I seem to get nothing but burning from. Even at half ml/200mg and half ml bac water subq, still getting the burn. Personally dont see it worth continuing if this is what daily pins are like.

why are you adding bac water? water based injectable l-carnitine should already have benzyl alcohol in it to keep it sterile.

Which sources have you tried? you shouldnt really be getting any PIP with injectable carnitine <600mg/ml.

i have no idea on oil based carnitine or how that would work.

I have used Synthetine and think it's a great product and I use it for it's fat mobilization abilities, but it's only 200mg/ml and I don't want to inject 3 cc's at a pop. I see other UGL sponsors offering it for 600mg/ml and have used one of them but the oil was like molasses. I am no chemist, but could someone tell me if brewing it at that high of a concentration would need to be put in oil - therefore making it super thick? The supplier I am emailing seems to not be responding to my emails.

Yep. I know (or so I've read) that the minimun good working dose is 600mg/day - depending on your weight, of course but shooting 3 cc's is not what I want to do EVEN if sub-q b/c. Even then, you start running out of spots that can take 3ml of anything. Love to have a nice 1cc shot of 600mg/cc that is smooth and doesn't take forever to push so I don't have to feel like a pin cushion. But if it HAS to be in oil for that high of a concentration then I guess I would make whatever decision I have to make. As I stated earlier, I don't homebrew or anything, I'd just like to know if it is even possible to get a higher concentration for l-carnitine that is waterbased.

One gram of Most powders will turn into 1ml of liquid, that is why it's so hard to dissolve more than 300 to 400mgs per ml. I have never tried to brew L-carnitine because i don't think/trust there is pure powder out there. You could look it up and see if it's water soluble or not, but i would have to think that it is. Any way if i ever used it it would be synthetine or MA's

Yes it’s good and painless. I Pin it with a 29 gauge insulin syringe

It's been awhile since I brewed it but iirc it's soluble easily in water at 300mg/ml

It does have a little bite but not bad.

Of course synthetek if you can't be bothered with brewing.

Some of the l carnatine powder is acidic and thats why you get some pain. If you fix the PH level it will be pain free. You can easily get 500mg/ml.

I read somewhere here we can't talk about homebrew so I won't fo into details on adjusting ph, but you should be able to find information on how to do it.

Started my synthetine. So far not too much to report. Possibly better pump, better focus in gym.
Day 1 - 200mg subq, no workout
Day 2 - 600mg IM, workout/cardio
Day 3 - 600mg IM, workout/cardio

Will report back after a couple days.
I’m planning on using the whole bottle, not giving up on it just to put that out there.

Does anyone feel that they have gotten increased androgen receptor support for this making their AAS work better? I had read in the earlier pages of this thread that there was potential for that.

Anyone use during a bulk and feel it helped with insulin sensitivity?

After a LONG time using it... I would say the IM injections daily with the amount of liquid needed creates so much muscle damage from pinning that the rewards are not worth the damage. If I were a competitor, I would use it for weeks leading up to a show, but for year-round use...no way. Your ass will become nothing but scar tissue and the results are minimal unless you are peaking to step on stage. All that said, IMO it is effective but my recommendation would be for 6-8 weeks at a time a couple times per year at most.
