Thanks bro... She has been an athlete her whole life so I can't take all the credit.... After musclemainia, we picked apart her physique and set the goals that she needed to get to the next level. For this show she has been working on streamlining her legs, lifting the glutes, outer quad sweep, hammies, hammies, hammies.... and also delt width.....
Mission accomplished!
I am soooooo proud! Now we are re-evaluating the next step...... No matter what, the future looks great!
