My first carb deplete and refeed. WOW!

I never thought I would see results like this. This is CRAZY!

Went without carbohydrates for about a week, I was trying to cut weight for a strongman competition. Then fasted and dehydrated for about 36 hours to make weight. After I weighed in I ate normally throughout the day (meat and nuts).

When night rolled around I started shoving the carbs down. The results were RIDICULOUS.

I realize the pictures are not in the EXACT same conditions. However, you can still tell something (crazy) is going on.

Top set of pictures is dehydrated and carb depleted. Bottom set is... well.. not.

Carb manipulation is an amazingly powerful tool. I laugh somewhat at the calorie in vs calories out crew down the gym that always set out to get riped and end up skinny fat
