My First Cycle: Would Like everyone Input

I have been lifting Weights for last 12 years, but I have never used anything but basic supplements... I have finally decided to try my first cycle.. I have been doing a lot of research and getting info from local bodybuilders. This is what I have some up with, but I am thinking dosage may be too high to start out with..

400 mg testorone- week for 14 weeks
400 mg equipoise-week for 14 weeks
30 mg dbol- daily for 6 weeks with a 2 week break, then 6 weeks until cycle ends
then cycle off for 30 days, taking 20 mg nolvadex and clenbuteral .. not sure if it is ok to still take 200 mg of testoterone a week during this period..
would really like as much input as possible..

I will say I think your proposed supplementation program is a bit complicated and amounts a bit high for your 1st time around.
Also, what is the need for PCT if you will still be doing 200mg test / week? PCT is for stimulating your own natural production - won't happen if you are still on.

friday- arms
saturday - make up day
my goal is to enter local bdybuilding show in 2010.. just need to take it to aother level..
the cycle I posted is wha was suggested to me..
I was thinking more on the line of 100 mg test a week
100mg of eq a week, then 25mg-dbol a day..

the pct is where I am confused.. I was reading a thread from one of the admin here.. saying not to go cold turkey.. so this is why I need all info I can.. I put my order in for my gear, just not sure what dose would be best to start
 
Why not..

Just start low and conservative on your first cycle? Give yourself an oppurtunity to see how your body reacts to specific compounds and slowly increase amounts if needed, or add other compounds in the future? This is the advice that has been handed down to me and posted several times on many threads.

Try doing a test only cycle of 250-300mg/week...I'm sure you will get great results off this.
 
I think you would do really well on test alone at 400-500mg p/wk. No need to complicate your first cycle. Just keep to the basics and you will get some outstanding results from that. Also it will give you a chance to see how you and your body reacts to AAS for the first time. With multiple comounds, if you hit side effects you will not really know which of them is the cause and which one to stop. Just from a health standpoint it makes sense to approach with caution.

As was stated, if you are going to cruise on 200mg/wk test then that is not coming off. No need for any Pct if you do that. Only use PCT if you come off altogether and do not use for a longer period than 30 days.
 
i agree with the others. test only will be fine but i would say to come off after 12 weeks. the test will take about 3-4 weks to really kick in so kick starting the cycle with test prop or dbol would be ok i would think. i think dbol, 30mg a day for 4 weeks tops with proper liver protection would be fine. also clenbuterol is not used for pct, it is a fat burner and will not help stimulate natural test production. using hcg at 500mg a week will help prevent testiculat atrophy and help your recovery. a basic pct would start three weeks after your last injection and would look something like clomid at 150mg a day for three weeks with nolvadex at 20mg a day for three weeks as well. of course some say to take 300mg of clomid on the first day of pct then 200mg a day the first week, 150mg a day the second and 100 the third. personally i like clomid for the first week only then i use tribulus.

We are about the same age and weight(i am a bit shorter) i think you would really make out well on a simple 500mg test per week cycle. Mine is listed on here somewhere but i take an omnadren on Mon and Thur. The results are great and i feel great. If you can get your hands on it you might like a longer acting test like cyp or enanthate but omna's/sust are really just my favorite.

If you decide that you absolutely MUST take the dbol keep it reasonable and i wouldn't go over 20mg a day. This is just my opinion and based off of what i grow on. It looks like you have your act together so good luck with the cycle and be safe!!!

im going to agree with oldfella and the rest of the crew who told u to stick with the test only. makes a PERFECT first run.

dbols are nice, but they give me very high blood pressure and the additude of a 16yr old girl on her period.. i get NASTY!

also, if your looking to do a show in 2010.. i think it would be a great idea to look into some of the personal trainers this forum has to offer.. you can have a PRO bodybuilder train you.. for alot less money then u would think!

the clenbuteral I was going to take to jump start diet aft PCT.. I want to grow but I am in no hurry to get huge in 6 months.. I want to make quaility gains without holding the extra weight from gear and bf.. don't really want to stress heart and liver with my cycles... my dad has had two heart atacks this year alone so I try to not to go up in weight too much..

Leave the clen alone for now. learn to control your bf and all through diet. Eat lots of clean foods. Performance enhancing compounds are just that, performance 'enhancing' they should not be relied on in place of nutrition, cardio, training etc. If you are really looking for a way to stay get the best results without 'bulking' etc, you may want to hire one of the trainers on this board. We have some awesome trainers here who will be able to help you out tremendously.

Welcome to Pro Muscle! 250-500mg of test is plenty for a first cycle. About Clenbuterol, it will put more stress on your heart and can cause severe migranes in some. ECA stack is safer, I personally would but keep in mind that heart problems are in your family so I would stay clear. Just eat better and pick up the cardio. Take something for liver protection, Synthetek makles a great product.
