My first run with DNP, some questions, and possible log

Hey guys, i have had DNP from dinitrio on hand now for a couple weeks and have been debating on when to start due to upcoming events i have planned. I enjoy my weekends and usually like to do stuff! So I would like to try and start now and just possibly take a small break when im out of town... ok here is what i'm thinking...
Start tomorrow or the next day depending on your thoughts on how important carb depletion is!! how important is it and can i achieve it quicker with the help of metformin or insulin (both on hand)

day 1 - 6 July 26th - august 1st 250mgs / day
day 7 - 10 Aug 2nd - aug 5 500mgs/ day
Break day 11 - 15 Aug 6 - 9th going to be on Catalina Island for a family Vacation (some drinking of alcohol and hot weather) i wont be there until the night of the 7th so almost 48 hours for clearance of dnp... or should i stop on the 5th??
Start again on Aug 10th at 250-500mgs/day for another 7 days until the 18th where i have a wedding to attend the evening of the 20th... i would like to have a couple drinks that night... and start again for maybe another 7 days on 250 - 500 depending on how i tolerate it...

Here are my problems... I know that it would probably be best to wait until this is all over late august... but that is in a month and i can done by then, plus i'm sure other things will pop up by then that will be the same situation as i love to travel etc... I'd like to start now. I can probably avoid alcohol at the wedding but in catalina it is a vacation and i very much enjoy drinking there as i rarely drink outside of social events like weddings or vacations..

I dropped about 18 pounds in 10 days of DNP without carb depletion. I lost another 15 pounds on my second 10 day run. Once again no carb depletion.

If you stay on point you can make a big difference in the 1st run. I would wait for 72 hours before you start drinking on your trip. For me, I was still warm two days after, but day three I felt normal.

I would skip that 2nd run you had planned before the wedding since it's only 5 days. I was still dropping water weight a week after my first run.

Holy shit man!! 18lbs in 10 days! what was your protocol? I'd be happy and set with 18lbs... FYI everyone. I am currently at 215 and about 12% BF. I'd like to get to 198-200 and keep my muscle, i look great there...
 
so i stopped the carbs yesterday around 2 pm and took 2 iu of slin along with 800mgs of carnitine sub q around 7pm. just ate 3 whole eggs and about 4 egg whites and 1 slice cheese. This morning i took my 250mg DNP cap along with a protein shake... almond milk, TP whey and 1 tbls natty penut butter... staying away from the carbs today until post workout shake around 8pm... I think my workout today will be a depletion type workout... full body intense with 45min to 1 hour incline walking on treadmill. Heart rate at 130. any advise on my plan today would be appreciated if possible...

I am considering taking a second cap around 5 pm... I am running this cycle for 10-11 days so i think i better go moderate dose! thoughts?

either oxy elite pro or ManPowers NYC stack! probably drop the OEP and stay with NYC 2X daily

11:15 now. no real sides to report other than feeling really good, prob due to lots of rest the past week and OEP always makes me feel euphoric. plus im excited to see the results of this run...
I was 213.8 lbs this morning.. like i said im around 12%BF right now... want to be around 6-7% in 1 month

all thoughts appreciated guys!
 
anyone know where i can get pyruvate and taurine at a store?? I obviously don't have time to order online!

side note... i see my GF on weekends... usually i pop a cialis right before i see her... any problems with this and dnp?

Also what about a small amount of Xanex (only if i am having major problems sleeping)...

Since you are running it for only 10 days, assess your tolerance for the first 2-3 days with 250mg. If all is good run the remaining days with 500mg. Good to know you got it from Dinitro. Strong stuff!

agreed, if you're feeling good after 3/4 days then maybe bump to 2 caps. In my first run the difference between 1 and 2 caps was crazy. During my 2nd run I need 3 caps to feel like the first run.

my protocol was pretty simple, nothing out of the ordinary. I tried to keep carbs complex as I found sugary carbs set me on fire. you can PM me for a link to my log. it's on another site and i wanna be respectful to promuscle by not mentioning it.
 
As far as your girlfriend, if you usually cum in her mouth, I suggest not doing that. DNP will make you're cum a weird yellow color and I've been told it taste horrible.

This is a serious post, as ridiculous as it sounds.

Noted!! Thanks for that, she would be pissed! lol so as for the cialis... anyone see a problem with it? 25mgs right before i see her....
 
A little update for however may be following... I decided to wait at least 2 days at 250mgs to asses tolerance, although today was a breeze. but i understand it takes time to build up and really start feeling it!
i didn't eat any direct carbs until just now with my post WO shake. best protein shake in the world BTW is : TP protein, choc penut butter flavor, 1/2 frozen banana, trader joes unsweetend vanilla almond milk, natty PB, TP maple and chocolate LBAs and some raw oats!
just had that with just a small amount of pb to keep the fat down...

Anyway today i kept the carbs out and then did a "depletion" style work out... full body high rep, short breaks, for 35 min and then did 1 hr treadmill at 130bpm...
feel great so far! looking forward to feeling this stuff kick in..
I work in the LA valley and it's supposed to be in the mid 90's all week, good thing i work in an office and keep my thermostat at 69!!

all opinions and thoughts welcome and appreciated :lightbulb::D

So this is officially a log and still looking for answers to some of the questions earlier posted!
woke up this morning after have trouble falling asleep last night, i think i took the NYC stack to late... took it at 2:30 and i like to go to sleep by 10... sooo?? today ill take it at noon.
After draining my fluids throughout the night i woke up this morning at 210.6!! i weighted my self the same way yesterday morning.. Diet was clean yesterday and will continue to be clean... staying low fat, moderate carbs, moderate protein.
Did 45 min of cardio this am walking incline at 130bpm...
 
End of day 2,, both days at 250mgs. still feeling good.. I walked 1 long block at 1pm in the 90F weather to get vitamin water zero anti-oxidant and V8 original...

Day went as follows:
AM cardio 45min 130BPM
protein shake as previously described (lets call it VAA shake)
DNP cap around 9am with shake
noon left over lettuce wrap (home made from recipe forum) and 2 little yam oat egg white pancakes with coconut LBA

then 1/4 whole skinned chicken with 8 or so strawberries around 4pm

then 1 pancake again with V8 and vitamin water pre gym

did a moderate back routine and leg lifts (weighted) strength is still pretty strong.
then 40 min cardio 130bpm
post WO VAA Shake

that's it... headed to bed soon

pyruvate and taurine came in today so had 2 grams of each plus supps listed earlier...
ohhh im also partnered with a compounding pharmacy and they make a nano-transdermal glutathione that works! so i used that mid day to!! most powerful intracell anti-oxidant

I feel good. im thinking tomorrow im going to take my 1st cap in the am and if i feel fine, the same as today, im going to take a second cap around 6 or 7... just before my pm workout...

what do you all think about the amount of food, plan etc....??
 
i forgot to mention when i woke up i popped an oxy elite pro and a quarter of a super clen tab from hgh labs! that shit sooo potent! over the years about 10 i have taken clen here and there none of the research stuff has come close... anyway the OEP and 12.5mgs clen at about 6:30 or 7 then the NYC at noon... i think they overlapped too much because it was a bit much for a couple hours.. i think tomorrow i'll try and hold off on anything until around 11 then take the NYC see it that is enough for me...
ohh also i am taking between 2-4 iu GH (rips) daily 5 on 2 off... have been for a long time.. his or mexi's
see no neep to stop during this run...
 
day 3

well here is a quick update...

slept really well last night but i went to bed later than normal and took my NYC at noon... today i did my oxy elite pro in the am skipped the clen and going to take my NYC around 12 or 12:30.

I was down to 208.4 this morning! Holy shit!! :headbang:

I drank 2+ gallons of water yesterday and didn't pee as much as i did when i normally drink 1 to 1.5 so i have to be retaining some water too! I haven't broke sweat to much yet when not in the gym, i do sweat more in the gym.

took my DNP at 10am and if the heat doesn't pick up today i will take another early evening... but it makes me think, if i feel this good, and 250 with these results so far... why even go up? is more better? thoughts? i think if i had more time i would do a longer run at 250...
