My first run with NPP

I ran NPP back in my 20’s but I wouldn’t consider it a real run bc of age, no real diet, training wasn’t the same as it is now. Starting off with a Test blend from Direct and NPP. @SOUR DIESEL

Test 800mg/week
NPP 300mg/week

So far in 3 weeks
-strength is up
-lean gains
-weight is up
-no noticeable effects on joints like I get with Deca.
- I’m sensitive to nandrolone so decrease in sex drive but no Deca dick. I also take 5mg cialis a day for multiple reasons.

Going to boost Test to 1000mg/week and NPP to 600mg/week and see what happens.

I might add in Mast E or Proviron to counter the sex drive loss.

Any recommendations?

Looks good. How long are you planning the total run for?

I'd be curious if the joint effect ever kicks in for you on NPP. I really only run deca and have never used NPP but the joint effect is a major positive for me. Since you get it from deca, you'll know what to look for.

We’ll see how long gains continue. I’ll update as I increase the dosage.
Maybe 8 weeks, then switch out the NPP for Tren A. Also a first run.

NPP is my favorite steroid for putting on size. I like it more than deca for faster onset. Even though it is the same compound on paper, just a different ester, anecdotally, me and many other people seem to get deca depression while NPP doesn’t seem to do the same.

I love nandrolone+ mast. But I run Lower test so I don’t turn into a water buffalo.

Test 300/deca 600/mast 400.

Always wanted to try test/primo/nandrolone like 300/400/400

its great to add in some proviron or masteron since nandrolone does block DHT conversion and increase Estrogen receptor sensitivity. DHT is highly androgenic and anti Estrogenic hormone. DHN is 10x weaker than DHT at the AR and can really mess up with androgen to estrogen ratio. FWIW i see a lot of veteran bodybuilders always add masteron to a test Deca cycle.

I have mixed thoughts on the “DHN” competing with DHT that gives deca dick. This is true and probably partially the issue, but also when there is estrogen….prolactin will spike.

Nandrolone ran with 0 test…..prolactin is actually lower than normal humans.

Prolactin is released after an orgasm to kill the pecker. So I think the killed libido and ED is moreso prolactin

Finasteride and Nandrolone , of course completely different drugs, have a similar mechanism that I’ve come to realize

Finasteride (5AR blocker) Blocks T-> DHT conversion, and gyno is a common side effect due to this. Men with Normal E2 levels on Finasteride still develop Ed/gyno. When DHT is diminished you lose out on the most natural potent androgen that directly Antagonizes E2.

Nandrolone Blocks T> DHT conversion, by competing for 5AR enzyme in androgenic tissue (brain, penis, skin, prostate). Nandrolone with test can cause gyno even with Normal E2 levels. A User here posted a while ago he was on Test/Deca/winny and once he dropped the winny he developed gyno lumps rapidly.

Now what if we are running “Double Test to Nandrolone” like all the bros say? (Ex: 700 Test 300 NPP. ).

Well it’s still entirely possible the Nandrolone even at less than half the Test dosage still outcompetes T for 5AR enzyme.

Low DHT = Ed, gyno, depression etc

Then you have the entire pharmacology of nandrolone stimualting the aromatase reaction and sensitizing e2 receptors. Excessive estrogen signaling leads to high prolactin which causes low sex drive and ED.

I know lots of you run High Test High Nandrolone and have no issues. This post is for people who tend to have issue on test/nandrolone.

Totally prefer NPP over Deca. Very different results for me. Less water bloat, harder look, etc. I have one vial of Deca left in my stash. Will run it one day and then probably never again. Will stick with NPP, Mast, Primo and low test with GH and Proviron.

I will be doing Nand/Mast this year , I assume my E2 will be on the low end. But estrogen deficiency is not possible on nandrolone.

I have a friend who had 7 e2 on 1500 nandrolone, so it barley aromatizes like the literature says - even at very high doses.

I’m really loving this NPP. I increased dosage to 600mg/week and strength is up on every lift, beating the logbook every week, getting compliments from others saying I look fuller and more vascular and overall leaner.

never was a fan of npp. For me it was just more expensive deca without the joint lubrication. Id personally drop the npp and run 400-600 deca.

Really liked my run with NPP. Unfortunately, I’m going to cut it here after 6-7 weeks. Going to go through a “clean out phase” back to TRT, stay on 6iu GH for probably the next 3-4 months then do a big push in the fall with Test/EQ/NPP.

Going to focus the next 3 months on getting my waist down, strengthening core. I’ve been pushing food now for the last year probably, high carbs so time to give the digestion system a break, work on tightening up my core.

Hi guys,

I am about to start a cycle of NPP 900mg/week + methandrostenolone (dianabol) 50mg/week. No testosterone.

It's a pattern from golden era bodybuilders. It is said that at that time they hardly used testosterone because they did not have any of the aromatase inhibitors that we have available today. And that's why they had a lot of testosterone side effects.

That's why they really loved the NPP/DECA + dianabol cycle. No testosterone. Because this combination caused few side effects, it caused a large increase in mass.

Just look at the bodybuilders of the golden era and apparently there is something to it. Nandolon favorites included Robby Robinson (300 MG/wk), Mike Mentzer (probably 2800 MG/wk), Danny Padilla (2800 MG/wk).

Why invent what has already been invented a long time ago? What do you think of this combination? Should I supplement NPP + dianabol with some other substance?

In some individuals, when combined with NPP + TEST, estrogen / prolactin / progesterone hormones interact and this can cause unwanted problems with erectile dysfunction, anxiety and other problems. Estrogen - prolactin influence each other very much and can cause big problems in sensitive individuals.

Hey mate, using proviron or mast e is just - to put it politely - bypassing the problem in my opinion.

Rather, do a blood test and see what state your prolactin and estrogen are in. Rather, Cabaser will help you to reduce prolactin for your sexual function. This, in combination with Estrogen, causes these problems.

High blood prolactin is a problem for some individuals with 19-NOR Nandrolone and Trenbolone…

“19-NOR derived steroids like deca and tren are more accurately described as Progestin type Hormones. Progestin type steroid hormones sensitize the body to the effects of estrogen and increase progesterone and prolactin levels, thereby exacerbating the potential for female sex steroid related side effects from testosterone.”
