My first show!

A few pic's from my first 2 shows...just looking for a little feed back!
I am 23 years old 6' the night before my bf was @ 4.7 and i was 213...next morning i got onstage @ 216; however i looked much softer than the night before, guess i should of taken in fewer carbs!

Look very good for your first two shows. I would try darker trunks next time. Other than that great job.

Most of the pics are a little dark to pick out too much detail, but it looks like you have pretty good shape to start with. Practice your posing, it looks as though your not quite sure how to hit the poses to really show off your hard work and dieting. Also looks like you might have been a little heavy around the waist and you have a bit of extra skin that won't tighten up. If that is the case, you have to stay lean for awhile to get that skin to get tight again. Don't let it get stretched out again any time soon.
Keep up the good work bro. Overall you look better than 75% of the guys out there.

Well obviously you at least won your class, hands down. It seems like you've already got a good V shape, and quite a bit of mass. I think you can go as far as you want with contests. Time will tell. Stay with it and see what happens. Good luck!
