Okay fellas [email protected] this mourning.Did a crap load last night and have popped total of 2 dyazides since yesterday and I look and feel great!I'm so freakin' nervous man.LOL!Wish me luck and I'll give everybody the results probably tomorrow since I'll be there from 8 this mourning till 12 tonight w/a small break in between

I won!I got to tell you guys though I noticed no difference eating the junk and sudar the hight before and this mourning.Only thing i noticed from the dieuretics besides the headaches and terrable cramping was I lost 10lbs. from fri. mourning and weighed in @ 191.Very happy w/that being 5'8".Seemed like conditioning was there weeks ago and didn't seem to notice any difference from then till now and either did my bros.This was my warmup to the big one in July so now I can take a freakin nap till 5 and go back for the evening show @6.Then tomorrow it's eat and sleep till monday and back on goddamn legs!I'll post up pics soon and I'll let you know the posedown winner(me)LOL! later.Peace...................craig

last week Sunday,monday and tuesday-2g of water and no carbs.Wedsday 1g of water and 30g of carbs per meal 4 meals.Thursday 1g of water 35g-6 meals.Friday 1/2g of water all stopped @midnight and 40g of carbs 6 meals.Crapped load w/pizza and 2liter of coke.Mourning 12 doughnuts and 1c of oatmeal.Right before stage 4 cupcakes all day 8oz. of water.Total of 2 dyazide from fri.@4pm till sat.mourning @6am
