Strongman finally got some recognition in our local newspaper. Not only that, it was on the front page! haha. It'll be great to finally have some recognition and motivation outside of PM!

Your strength is good (on its way to great). But what impresses me more, is the farmers carry. A lot of people don't see the work that goes in to developing the proper technique. Your doing really well, and are definitely on your way

Thanks guys. I'm going to look at this thread whenever I need motivation. You guys are great.

tkav- Ever since I've heard of your beastly dips, I've been trying to go a little higher on mine. 4 plates is a big goal for me.

Natabolic- I'm 19 now. Teen nationals is august 8th, and since I've been playing with the adults for the past six months, the weights seem like a joke So hopefully I'll put a big "dent" in it this year haha.

Logan- for some reason the farmers have always been natural to me. Just this past week I did a little under 200 per hand for 100ft in 15.3 sec. I'm hoping to get sub 10 by nats.

Ronjon- thanks for the compliment bro! I love reading all the threads you put up! you have some really interesting thoughts and I'm really glad you post here.
