My food for the week.
Yes its has some carbs such as fruits, whole grains and oats, but I usually try not to consume too much, but probably too much for some of you. Also not trying to get shredded, but live a healthy lifestyle. Meats unfortunately aren't grass feed. Sometimes just too hard to manage that all the time.
