another one of her. This is my avatar. Festive dressing.....This was in January after all the holiday eating and stuff. She is weighing in the 140's. She is about 10lb off by her standards. That makes me about 30lb off by her standards. Fuck I got to lose some weight. It does piss me off though bc for years she could eat anything and have abs. I mean anything and 10 min before bed.

I wish she would post a pic of her pregnant. She is and was beautiful when pregnant but it is amazing the rebound she has down. She is my girl. I am lucky. We have crazy sex, we eat, we train, we try to go to church, we are loving parents, and of course we argue but all in all she has my back and i hers.

That's hot. And IMHO she should't lose anything - unless she's prepping. Looks perfect!

About her going to the gym. She goes all the time. I remember when I first met her and had dated her for a year. She wanted a little help so i got her a package from Alin. One of his female kits.

She did it. I live in a small town with only one main gym and a guy I became friends with is always telling how good she looks. The first time he ever saw her in the gym years ago is when she was on. He said " I remember it so vividly. I had never seen anyone so sexy doing squats with 225 for reps" She could rep out deep squats with 225 on the smith machine.

By the way she took a lean EFX yesterday and couldnt sleep at 2 am. So she had her a couple of drinks to go to bed. She is reading this and says she feels like crapp ola and to rock on.

update...tossed salad

Trying to get her in shape for the Europa in Dallas but her mother just got diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma yesterday.... crushing blow....especially to me after losing my dad in February to non small cell. You may know her sister in law... funny they share both the same name... NPC Bikini competitor and MD magazine model Jennifer Chapman..... Her and Andy Haman are big buddies... It runs in there family....

That's her in the avatar... yes it does help dealing with cancer in both our parents so the gym and the anabolic driven sex is great release from those pressures. We are on and off but when it's good its good and she is my best friend or worst enemy....right now best friend and were parents so its nice....maturing within ourselves with faith it can continue
