This is my girlfriend, we've been dating since The end of January until now... Her progress is phenomenal, not only in her physique, but her overall self-confidence, she's a lot happier now (and so am I) She just turned 24 a couple of months ago...

She went from doing 4 pullups on the machine, to doing 12 real ones with no assistance... She started back in January, but her real changes started in September when I started training her one on one and stayed with her for 2 months. Then i was able to check her form, intensity and diet... She was training twice a day before she met me! Now it's once a day, 1st thing in the morning for 1 hour tops... Needless to say, she's very happy with her new body, and so am I...

Thanks everyone, we're both very happy with one another and she's ecstatic with her new look and so am I btw... I love buy her clothes and different costumes to wear for me... We have a lot of fun together... She looked nothing like this just 2 months ago, she was ok, but nothing like this...

I did this to show her abs and her boobs although only B cups, look fantastic, when she was heavier, they looked small... Bodybuilding is about creating an illusion...

Thanks everyone, I had her workout with me, she walks a lot because she was a track athlete in high school and did cross country. But I had her focus on short, heavy workouts using compound movements.

Did she have natural strength to begin with? Cause I got my wife working out now with weights and she didn’t have one ounce of muscle in her body. Plus she’s extremely girly and will not push herself at all. It’s a challenge to say the least.

Also, I assume your gf went on a diet of some sort as well? Can you elaborate? Or was it just low calories and intense workouts to burn off excess water/fat stores?

My wife is 54, and she has exercised since the age of 14. Its the best gift she has given me because I can't take my eyes off her.
She can still squat 225 pounds on a good day at 5'6" and 125 lb.

She’s got great body. How much weight did she lose? Have her keep the B cup. It fits her body well.
