I been around this board for a couple months, and got to say it is way better than where ive spent my time in the past, bolex, gk, etc. So i wanted to contribute something positive, and I figured why not contribute a list of all my favorite BB and health foods to help some people with ideas of whats out there besides oreos(even tho im sure most of you on this board are well aware of these foods, unless you been bulking with oreos). Also, I try to buy organic.
Steaks,
Chicken,(ground chicken or turkey can be sub. for ground beef.)
Salmon, (is my fav., not a mercury filled fish either like tuna, halibut,etc.
Turkey( bacon, saugsage, meatballs, ground)
Pork,
Scallops, shrimp
Eggs,Milk,Cottage cheese,
Oranges( contain natural asprin) some might not know that,
bannas,
apples,
blueberrys and strawberrys,peaches, all go good with cottage cheese. yumm
pinapple,
Bread( many variations from nut, to wheat to multigrain,
Brown rice,
multi grain pasta,
Oatmeal
Kashis cereals granola( if on the run or snack)
Almonds,
sunflower seeds,
Avacado,
and now if people are interested in this thread add your own items, maybe it will help out someone come up with something fresh , or a long lost food or change someones grocery list from crap food to good food.
