I try and give everyone the benefit of doubt.

I just read this guy's reply and he makes no sense - another one that only wants to hear what he wants. What does he mean that ripped and hard are not the same - then he says he wants "quality muscle"?!? What does he think quality muscle is - 20 inch biceps that are smooth as a baby's ass?!?!

I have no trouble banning people like this but I also don't want to get the reputation of being a dictator (as in my way or no way).

Your answer is NOT in what magic pill do I take to get hard muscles - it's in nutrition. You may think I'm full of shit like 99% of the people out there (that also think it's just a matter of taking steroids) but you'll get the same results as the 99%.

i agree 100%... i never got good results until i got my protein/carb intake down pat ...i dont think juice is the only way but to get to where i want to be it seems benificial...but since you seem into the nutritional aspect how much protein /carbs do you think i need ...i already @400+pro /day

I think the problem with your post was that no one knew what you were trying to achieve with your cycle. KIWI is the only guy I've ever seen post that he can lose fat AND gain muscle at the same time who I actually believe. He also does some shit (600mcg clen / day, 15 meals / day) that I've never heard of either. Not to mention that he's a FREAK. (LOL - we love you KIWI!!!)

Most, but not all cycles are geared toward either bulking (gain muscle w/ min. fat) or cutting (lose fat w/ min. muscle loss), which I know you knew already. Of course, a cycle could consist of both a bulking and a cutting phase (or vice versa) which would ideally result in more muscle and less fat.

So, here's the conundrum:

-Your diet is "tight," as you said several times. It seems in your posts that you are asking for a cycle that will bring about body comp changes without changing your diet. Take a look at Xcel's sig line for his opinion on that. I matches mine.

-I am also not sure what look you want to achieve. You say you are 6'1" and 250, which isn't small, but might not be "hard" at all, if you are 18% BF. Getting that "huge, hard" look might be a matter of dropping 15 lb of fat and not require any muscle mass gain, but we don't know what kind of physique you are talking about. If gaining "quality muscle" when its all said and done, so you can be "thicker" and "harder" means that you must be 250 and single digit BF% so you can look like an off-season Dexter Jackson, then you might need more muscle to begin with.

Right now, we don't know where you're starting (BF%) or where you're going (who has the kind of body you're looking for? KIWI?...), so we can't tell you how to get from start to finish. Even if we did know these two things, I think most of us would aggree that there will have to be some dietary manipulations which your question seems to disallow.

No starting point, no finishing point and only drugs w/o dietary changes leaves me at a loss as to how to answer your question.

Avid-first off I have trouble believing you were being sarcastic. Why would you think that we would know that? Youve never posted here, noone knows you and you make a smart remark to a mod you dont know, and then expect us to know your kidding? What??? :confused:

Past that, you want to get 25lbs bigger and get 'harder' which to me is also just leaner to some degree. If you want to get 'max big' or 'max ripped'-do one or the other. To try both, you compromise both!!!!! But since you are not looking to get totally "ripped" so to speak, Id swing toward all the things one does to get big. And if its (for example) during a 16wk cycle of AS, do non aromatizing stuff the last 4wks or so, and if you didnt gain too much fat you could lean out a little, just adjust your carbs (especially late at night) and sugars (little or none) and maybe add a little flax oil or some other EFA to even out the calories so you dont lose much (if any) muscle.

about rippedboy, i think if u read his thread where he began to bitch and moan, ull see i was one of the first to say "sorry to be an asshole......" and im glad that mikes put this thread up because i felt what i said was necescarry but it was nowhere near how i really felt as i didnt know how others felt.

anyways a while back i went back and forth with rippedboy over pm's constantly and he just does not listen, he thinks he knows the answer and never does, i agree he says he is ready to listen but never is, he only wants to hear the answers he wants to hear, case in point was the use of aas. i kept repeating over and over how important it is to build a natural foundation of training and nutrition knowledge (reasons are too plentiful to list).. and all he said was i know this will work, i told him to mark my words that he would come back after his cycle with piss porr gains and what did he do?

Come on guys my dog got hit today and my cousin who's also my aunt won't sleep with me anymore! And on top of that I've got a cartridge of railgrom, a dozen amps of estrogen and some other stuff. I'm wanting to get ripped, I think I'll contiue with my diet which consists of grease and neck bones. That got me ripped last time and should work again I hope. Anyhow let me know what you think! I should be ripped while adding 15-20 solid pounds I think heavy doses of andriol would be good to. Do you think I can drink the amps of estrogen, I really don't want to takes shots as my butt gets sore and it hurts when my aunt/cousin smakes it. Actually that doesn't matter as she won't smack it anymore. Thanks :D lol

This isn't directed towards anyone, but I bet you all feel dumber after reading this post, I klnow I do and I wrote it. Lets just try and keep things on the up and up around here. This is my #1 place to visit, I came from another good board but feel that this place is designed more for me now. I try to add what little I can (not that it helps) but I do try. So lets keep it the best.
