i've been running 10iu of hgh the last month and half on training days. (4x per week)
this is alongside 50mcg of igf in the trained muscle. (apart from lats, due to an interesting injury i picked up when i lost balance and fell on a deodrant can straight on my nuts. I havent felt the same since)
I've been using peg mgf for my calves and tris and Bi's only,
So far, the hgh is working well and have been leaning up, sleep has been good and recovery amazing. I've taking slin after training and watching the fats intake with my PWO meal. The T3 i've been taking (50mg) has been helping keep the bodyfat down aswell seeing as i;ve been eating like a small herd of cattle each day.
i havent got measurements done yet and forgot to get before shots so i'll get some current ones done soon.
i'm currently only using hrt doses of test as i want to try the theory that Dante wrote up about how the pros take ridiculous amounts of peptides then huge amounts of test to grow these new fibres. i probably wont run large amounts of test for another 3 months. although i wont do pro size amounts i'll probably go to 750mg per week.
anyways, i have my strength is quite phenomenal. I dislocated my shoulder a couple of months back in a fight and was told that i wouldnt get back to lifting properly for a month or so. within two weeks i was back at full strength and that wasnt through pushing myself, if just kind of came easily. you know when you get thatfeeling of hmmm i could probably do a little more on top of this. so i went at it. a month on from that i've added an extra 28kilo on my bench (although i have done heavier before so it may just be muscle memory but either way its good) and my squats have gone up 15 kilo (which is good for me as i have to be careful with my lower back)
The peg mgf has bought out my calfs, finally and my triceps are noticeable even through baggy shirts for work. i have had insane pumps, from the igf or peg mgf i dont know, but igf in the past has done this for me so i'd say it may be an effect of the both. these pumps last for days on end and i seem to just have to contract the muscle and it inflates again.
i'm going to stick to this for about another 3 months, dropping the slin and t3 now as i need some recovery from that for a few weeks. my hrt dose will stay constant.
just thought i'd write some bits up so people can see what happens with the three.
