My IGF-1 levels

I like that plan and when I add peps back in probably what I will do also. Right now gh and igf1 lr3 is working to Damn good to play with anything.

I haven't used HGH in a couple years but the thought of stacking HGH, igf1, and slin preworkout sounds incredible!
Just imagine stacking those 3 morning, noon, and night. With enough clean calories you would grow and lean out simultaneously.

How many calories are you going to consume? I find I grow best at 5,000 calories spews over 5 food meals and 3 shakes. To stay lean my fats are only around 10% total calories.

I'm just under 3k and losing 1-2lbs a week so I will just slowly work my carbs up from there and leave protein around 300-350 and fats around 75 might by no to 100 on fats if the need for excess cals presents it's self. I'm 260 but God blessed me with not the fastest metab in the world but I very strong hunger signal. Needless to say I have to be careful with my eating.

Sounds like a good plan. Coconut oil should be a good fat for you. Plus some cashews/almonds and avocados.

Cashews almonds and a little avocado as well as red meat is and eggs is what I have always used. I will have to add the coconut oil in cause I have heard it's good for thyroid function anyways. Any suggestions on how to work it in.
 
I like stacking ghrp2 and mod grf/ cjc no DAC 3 times a day, plus take mk-677 before bed. This way I cover my bases having both a GHRP and a GHRH.

That sounds like a solid protocol. I've had high hopes with MK-677,,looking forward to trying it soon.

Yes the lauric acid in coconut oil has many health benefits and is great for energy expenditure. I love to use it when cooking eggs or chicken... really adds to the flavor. You can pretty much use it whenever you want. You could even put it in a pre workout cup of coffee and you will be gtg for the gym.

All my fats come from mixed nuts and egg yolks lately. I have 8 egg yolks and 2 protein scoopers full of mixed nuts. :D
My coconut oil was coming from the Lightning AAS but now I use private made gear in cotton seed oil. For years the only fat in my diet came from my gear injects. Hahaha :D
