My Intake

So you wouldn’t have a pre meal (60-90 minutes prior), then shoot lr3 (10-15 min before session) then take down an intra shake with carbs?

Since I started IGF1....I had done a lot of reading on it although a lot of this is still speculation on my part due to the igf1-lr3 half life.

But from what I had researched...Igf and mgf are both involved in hyperplasia. One starts the process and the other finishes it.

Mgf is produced naturally in the body after training due to the trauma induced by training. If igf is taken to soon it could blunt the mgf response.

So the protocol I seen most using was mgf immediately postworkout in the muscle trained... Then lr3 about 2 hours postworkout....then you get your macros in.

This is the way I've noticed concretor doing it when reading some of his older logs.

In not using mgf...but doing lr3 about 2 hours after my workout. I feel it works great like that because I train first thing in the morning. So most of my meals for the day are coming after I take it.

If I were to do something Preworkout...it would be igf1-des because its a much quicker onset and clears in time for the mgf to do its job.

But again....this is just my comprehension of what I had researched.

You could administer Lr3 pretty much right after your workout.
I take humilin -R, so I much rather wait for that to clear before adding LR3.
Plus I do normally administer MGF at 200 mcgs pr muscle trained post.
Intensifying the healing response and any hyperplasia.
I let the 1hr Pre HGH / Lr3 release finish off the process.

I am Big / Not Huge...I need 280lbs for that...

I'm not either...so I suppose you could administer it directly postworkout. But I think Preworkout would blunt the mgf expression especially if lr3 is peaking at that same moment. I know the half life is very long....but now you have me curious about when lr3 peaks after administration.

The mgf response has such a short window from what I have read...so as long as both are not peaking around the same time (which is what we want to avoid)....I think you we are good.

Another Reason I only Take LR3 prior to A Day off...
MGF will be compromised on your next workout if it is within 24 hours.

Concreter- how long will you stay on the MGF? Do you add it in for a while, then cycle off?

youre a big dude, 10lbs a day of water movement is totally possible.

the first time i lost a lot of weight i obsessed on the scale. i noticed my weight could swing down ten then up ten from where i "should" be from monday to wendesday with the only real change being some alcahol. lol

went from 280 to 170
then back to 300
then down to 170
then....:banghead:

I do not really Cycle it...It is Non Peg!
I'll take 200 mcgs in bize and trize post to speed recovery.

If it can ease your mind, the same happens to me all the time too... :p

I will have days where after eating massively I'd wake up a few lbs lighter the following morning, and on the other hand moments of the week when food intake is pretty limited, deliberately or not, that would make the scale go up... I've stopped to bother for a long time now... ;)

Water retention/loss is definitely a fascinating topic... :)

It may be time to just maintain my summer weight of 250...Were I'll end up again by July.
