My international package and customs? Got a question?

Okay guys, I have a pack coming international with some goodies in it. It cleared US customs this past friday at 6am but it has yet to be delivered. it is going usps express mail and the website says it passed through customs with no problems but thats it.

Do you think there may be something up?? I mean it says it passed and all but it had all day friday, all day yesterday and all day today to get to me and yet still nothing. What do you all think??

Any input would be appreciated.

9 times out of 10 it is slow delivery problem with USPS.

should be about right...

it should arrive to you in the next couple days if not then i would be a bit worried. It usually takes about 2-5 days after clears customs if it went through JFK. NY customs that is... now if it clears the other countries customs thats another story could still be a long wait.

If they are gonna do a controlled delivery that takes time to set up so it wont happen all that quick. It would take them a week minimum to set something like that up maybe even 2 weeks. They have to get warrants, set up things with local officers/detectives etc and postal services. Not a ovvernight operation.

If something clears customs and they are gonna do a controlled delivery you it will say attempted delivery sometimes even if nothing was attempted to be delivered when you track packs. They do this to make it look like you have missed the pack even though they have not left you a pink slip at your box, i have seen this happen first hand.

Sometimes they will leave the slip and wait for you to go to P.O also and get you there.

Depends where your from and how they want to go about getting you. But if they want you they will get you regardless. I dont think you have to be worried yet though so just play it safe.

I wouldnt worry yet... but its never unclever to keep a clean house pc and all away including a clean vehicle. Also depends onthe size of order as if they bring in federal agents etc.
