Hey guys, I've been a part of this board a long time going on 14 years now. I unfortunately don't have much free time to spend on any of the forums now and very little with social media. It's became somewhat of a circus anyway. Most of my day is dedicated to my circle of clients. Mostly military personnel, vets, athletes, and of course many regular people with do-able regular realistic goals.
Anyway I just threw up this interview last week I did with Sergio Oliva Jr. I followed him since he's been scrawny kid, now he's proving to actually be a force worth reckoning and psychologically he want's to one day win the Mr. O. His father is the only man as most of you know to ever beat Arnold in the Mr. O, and twice at that. He shares genetics but really is disassociated with him. I think the kid has a chance, he's young and has a great shape with good stats on paper. Let him play around a few more years and we'll see where he ends up he just went pro a matter of months ago so sky's the limit.
Anyway friends check it out if you're curious I just talked about the things I thought most people would be curious about talking to Sergio. Thanks guys and I'll make a concision effort to stop in more often to contribute
