its one thing i dont understand shouldent hgh give you energi and not sleepy? my friend use another brand and he is full of energi.

cycle changes: Had to lower the primo to 300mg, 600mg was to much to handle for injection point.

Meal 1: 60g oats dry, 1.5 scoop iso HD, 5 extra strong omega 3, 1g vitamin c

Meal 2: 260g cooked white rice, 170g chicken breast raw, 10g fat coconut oil

Meal 3(pre workut) 100g cooked white rice, 160g brown rice cooked, 170g chicken breast, 10g fat coconut oil

30min before gym pre workout with 1 banana, 10g glutamine

Post workout shake: 1 scoop whey iso, 10g glutamine, 5g creatine, 1 banana

Meal 4 Post workout meal: 1 cup white rice cooked, 150g ground lean beef 95%

Meal 5: 2 whole wheat bread, 4 whole eggs

Well that's something that scares me to so i thought with the joint pain and bigger risk to get back the cancer its not worth it. The doctor told me hgh makes the tumor growth faster. I am more careful now if i feel something is not correct i will stop it.

Thanks bro. The pain from the liver is almost gone only thing annoying is the hernia surgery a weird feeling in the stomach cant do certain exercises you feel soething inside the stomach a hard feeling the mesh annoying..

some crazy thing happen yesterday and i am trying to figure how what went wrong. here is what i ate yesterday
normaly i should have a good workout and crazy pump but the day after but opposite happen very soft and flat today in the gym. it was leg day yesterday so i increase my calories and intake to 4500 total.

Meal 1: Pizza
Meal 2: BBQ with my girlfriend
Meal 3: post workout: 100g candy with 50g vitargo and whey iso
Meal 4: whopper + french fries with 100g candy

all the food and the carbs should have filled me up some but the opposite happen felt and looked worse then the before this day? what do you think happened? To much sodium?

water intake was 1.5 gallon like everyday.
