So as some of you dont know I got sick awhile back (3-4 months ago) damn SWINE flu!! I came off at roughly 235-240 because I wanted to go about things without gear, In a nut shell I lost a lot of weight and could never see if I was going to be able to maintain how much of my previous size so I am back at it from square 1 I am about 202-204 now (climbing slowly) (6'1") and my goals are to get back to 235 but without the super supps this time I dont know what BF% i am at right now but I know its low.
anyways here are some pics I will be posting pics every few weeks because I want to grow SYMMETRICALLY thats all I care about, I dont see the point of being 235 if 60% of it is in my arms and quads yah know, I want the weight to be spred out as much as possible but here are some pics of me (202-204)...I seem to be putting on the weight a little faster than usually most likely because of muscle memory my guess is. Does anyone think I am dreaming of hitting a lean physique of 235 is it naturally possible? Since my test levels took a little bit of a hit I am also taking this product I really liked back in the day called diesel test hardcore (natty test booster) as I liked a lot of the ingrediants in it and I will be stacking this with humanofort (anyone with personal experience got an idea of what dose i should take for humanofort?)
again I dont have goals of becoming 270+ so "tiny man" or "your so small" wont be needed in this thread :-D hahaha thanks

you look really hard from the front- good job :) .. You do seem to have a nasty case of backne, though, for someone who is purportedly clean.
 
Absolutly possible. Just gonnna take a bit longer, but, you'll find the muscle will be much denser and you'll hold onto it much easier.
I'd recommend some C.M., Beta-ala9, AAKG, and citruline malate. Also try hitting up a big dose of of BCAA's 20-40grams during and immediatly PWO.
And of course diet and rest and training intensity have to be spot on.

I think a big difference between natty and synthetics is to make sure you get propper recuperation. You heal faster on synthetics. hence the gains are slower but very much achievable.

so true, recovery is very important! train heavy and intense but brief, no need to be in the gym very long, hit it hard and heavy and get the hell home, take some BCAA's before and post training and a few times throughout the day to help with both recovery and to help increase protein synthesis a lil. your doing fine bro, stay healthy, stay happy.... ENJOY LIFE.

really, when i read your post i thought you turned into a stick!! you must've been fucking huge at 235lbs!
try to gain as much as you can naturally and see where it goes from there... please don't get caught up with the numbers, just get bigger... focusing on numbers will make you fat...
you look great right now, especially that you only weigh 202 lbs at your height... keep it up

Yea thats actually some scars left over from when I ran NPP about 2 years ago.....Dear god you shoulda seen my back then, I wore a long sleeve shirt for months, a simple pat on the back from a buddy (saying hello) would cause my back to bleed thats how bad the breakout was, it was only 200mg of npp also...I was either allergic or something. But dont need to worry about that kind of stuff anymore.

thank you for the input I will certainly look into those supps, could you provide me with some dosage protocols for those supps or is everyone different to where I should feel it out? I have used Citruline malate before with some good results (stamina wise) also what does C.M. stand for?

B-boy!! glad to see your postin again brotha! so I have been training fst-7 style with 2 major muscle groups per training day 1on 2off 2on 2off (repeat) and I am in the gym no longer than 45-50minutes and even then I feel sore as hell the next day, breaks no longer that 1min 30 seconds and fst-7 exercises 30 sec breaks in between sets and im cooked! I will have to look into bcaa's (bboy you have a PM), and yes ENJOY Life exactly!!!

Hey bro, oh real quick I am laying down those tracks I didnt forget hahaha, just been a little busy with work, yea I got up there but I realized it wasn't what I wanted because it was to the point where a small dose of test was needed weekly to maintain and I just wasn't down with that, there is a lot more to it but bottom line I will appreciate things more this way. Yes I agree with you to always go by the mirror and NEVER the scale.


I will update this thread a month or 2 from now or until when I notice some changes occurring because again I want to gain symmetrically.

CM = creatine monohydrate i believe

and i would really like for U to try some form of HIT training for a while, i just believe you will get the most recovery from this type of training. Look at BigA article in the article section called growth for beginners i believe there is a good H.I.T. style workout outlined in there. the FST-7 training i personally only would do if I was on super supplements or had better than average recovery abilities. just something for you to think about bro.

C.M.= creatine mono. Standard loading phase then maintence dose PWO. I like the micronized stuff.
Beta-alanine- 1 tsp (roughly 3.6 grams) pre and post work out. Start out with a 1/2 tsp preworkout max...you will fill tingly and a flushing a few minutes after ingesting and can be a little uncomfortable at first.
Citrulline Malate- 3grams pre and intraworkout
AAKG- 5 grams pre and post
Bcca's- I'll sip on about 30 grams or so intra workout then down the rest immediatly PWO with a scoop or 2 of waxy.
Hope it helps, play around with the dosages to find what works best for you and keep us posted.

I am gonna check it out for sure! yea FST-7 has been kicking my ass as far as DOMS go and the length of which they last, So I kinda took FST-7 and turned it into a FST-5 lol because I know going 7 is overkill and could almost result in injury im almost sure. Thanks again goody! the only ones I feel I would choose to take out of all of those is the BCAA's, citrulline malate and beta-alanine, the others I feel by NOT taking them it wont hinder gains. $ is an issue in this pocket ;) also do you guys feel staking diesel test pro cycle and humafort would have some sort of synergy between the two? I would post the ingredients but not sure if thats allowed or not so if you guys wouldn't mind googling it and letting me know what yah think, I was quite impressed with what they fit in this test booster
