I'm shocked myself; it's weird how your metabolism is different every show you do.
I started with a Gatorade during workout and 2 bagels, I dropped the Gatorade and 1/2 bagel and kept getting leaner. I love starting with high carb so I have a place to go when I plateau

Sunday: Chest + triceps
Monday: Back + biceps
Tuesday: Shoulders
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Chest + triceps
Friday: Back + Biceps

CARDIO:
LOW INTENSITY 4x 30 min on a stationary bike

Today:

30 min of Fasted cardio done. Usually I don't do fasted; my cardio is 90% of the time post workout.

I weigh Sunday's, new weight.

I will be refeeding today with sushi and a cheese cake during the game then I'll hit the gym for Cheat and triceps.

Watched the superbowl while I ate 3 sushi rolls and a piece of cheese cake. it was an amazing re feed.

Chest and triceps:
4 sets of incline Smith machine presses
3 sets of cable flys
4 sets of machine presses
3 sets of machine incline presses
3 sets of machine flys
7x7 of 90lbs DB presses w/30 seconds in between sets

Triceps:
Machine dips
rope pulls downs
Some machine triceps push downs

Reps between 8-12, as heavy as possible

Oh typo, I meant 80s, that's the max at planet fitness.. I have another membership at another gym which I go to on my 2nd chest day when I want to do heavy benching and presses.

I like planet fitness though. I know their message is dumb but there's no meat heads or skinny guys who think their tough and big after a set of curls. no grunting or bullshit you see at other gym chains.

oh look! the lurkers came out [emoji16]. I wouldn't do that in the weight room, only in the locker room brah.

I got approached though for having my jug of water on the floor, I was tired and between sets.. the manager said "excuse me sir, we don't allow jugs on the floor, I can bring you a bottle of water but for the time being you're ok, thank you" .. I just noded and continued my workout. I was angry but they have rules and I like the gym so Its all good

It's Friday:
Back day done. It was a Row day. I trained fasted with a banana pre workout and BCAAs intra

barbell rows 5 sets with 2 warm up sets
Over hand row machine 3 sets of 10-12
close grip cable rows 3 sets [i sat on a DB just to hit more lower last)
DB rows 3 sets
Half rep dead lifts 3 sets

Cardio 30 min

Breakfast
