Cardio: 5x 30 min LISS on bike
Strength: still the same = no muscle loss.


Chest and triceps yesterday.
Chest:
Incline hammer [emoji375]
Smith machine flat bench press
flat bench DB flys
Incline bench DB flys
Cable flys

Triceps:
Rope pull downs
Triceps kickbacks
Machine dips

Lmao.. good one tenny. it didn't affect my progress yet. still on track; I don't mind cardio honestly if I'm mentally stable in prep. No cheats = flat as hell = grouchy = motivation go down

I see your point, but your process depends on your metabolism. I prep guys for shows, some need hours of cardio, some just need few sessions. our metabolisms are different, Cardio has always been needed for me to get inshape even if I'm not having a cheat or a refeed. No process is wrong my friend, your process will depend on your body.
 
the ones that need cardio are the ones that eat like you do 10 weeks out....

Today was Shoulders. I been including behind the neck presses and it's giving my delts a 3D look.

Cardio: 30 min

Few reasons I do cardio.
-I don't have to touch my diet and get my deficit from cardio
-it makes me feel good to start my day with cardio
-it makes me hungry to finish my meals
-I feel healthy, if you prep with no cardio; how active are you really? I want to be able to sprint a flight of stairs and be in good shape instead of lying on the floor trying to catch my breath.

So please, kindly if someone told you not to do cardio, node and walk away from that horrible advice.

Looking leaner bro! I always feel better when I do at least 10-20 minutes of cardio. You doing the behind the neck presses with Smith machine or just straight barbell seated?

Thanks bro. I do it with a smith machine. I find that I can control the weight better to prevent injuries

Weight: 204 (-1 lb)
Cardio: 2x30 & 3x40 min
Diet: 1/2 bagel is removed
Gear: this week
-I'll drop EQ
-increase Tren E to 600mg


Chest and triceps: 6-15 reps, 3-5 sets

Cable flys
Incline bench press
Incline flys
Machine chest press
Pull overs

Rope pull downs
Straight bar pull downs
Machine dips

Pre workout : VALKYRIE TREN BASE 100ml
I Take .5ml and it hit me so hard after 10min, I sweat like a pig

Monday: 9 weeks out not including peak week.

I have some DNP that I will be starting today. This is my second run with DNP. I plan to use it for 2 weeks at 250mg a day. Usually before bed which I took one sunday night

Update:
Today I woke up drenched in sweat.
I started Clen @40 before bed with the DNP.
The DNP is doing its thing, I'm hungry as fuck. You have that I wanna binge feeling but I have self control.
I'm so much leaner.. pics coming this week

New pack came from steroid evolution packed well and gear looks clean and excellent. I got pharma grade t3 and Clen

Vial of primo only lasting 4 weeks due to doing 400mg a week.. it gets costly
