My journey with DQ

I hit legs on sunday...
Chest and delt's yesterday..

I weighed 276 last night..I am starving on this nutra ,ldog was right It is very strong..I actually love it.I have to get my eating under control though.

I started this week with..
300 mg test mix
100 mg npp
10 mg mk677 nightly

Can't believe how fast thsee work..feeling great right and growing like a weed.Training is going well.I love the 28 days later programme.

I weighed 274 at the Dr yesterday..down a couple lbs.since changing my dose on the mk.I had some labs drawn,so she is checking my testosterone too.

I will send td pics or progress pics if someone can help me with it..I can't upload on this note..

Been doing the mountain dog 28 days later programme.It's pretty brutal but I am having fun with it.

Feeling pretty good..I love the combo I am doing right now.perfect for off season..
The hunger is crazy at certain pointes..I got a have more clean food around.
Strength is decent but nothing crazy,but I feel great and I am recovering from my training..
I havent been in the 270''s for a few years..I am not lean at this weight,but not fat either..
I will put workouts up if interested..also if you have questions ..shoot!?

Ok..so I went back to the Dr to review some testing I had done..she told me my testosterone was 1500..I will go get copy tomm.I didn't have time today..After only 2 weeks on DQ test mix at 600 a week.

You were at 1500 after 2 weeks of the blend? How many days post injection did you have labs drawn?

The changes this combo has brought on are crazy..it's only been a couple weeks.

Legs last night...
Lying leg curls..4 sets of 12
Squats...4 sets of 8
Leg press ...4 sets of 25
Hacks...2 sets of 15
The final sets on each exercise were drop sets..
I also did 2 sets of 20 on seated calf raise

That's a lot of volume for legs. Killing it!
