Yeah MD has some brutal volume and pace and, if you're not adapted, it'll kill ya lol.

The changes this combo has brought on are crazy..it's only been a couple weeks.

Excellent....the products are quality. Once you try DQ, it's tough to go anywhere else!!!

How's everybody dosing their mk677..can you run it low dose,kinda like hrt?

10mg is used pretty often to simulate appetite and improve sleep.

I haven't seen any igf or serum testing done at that dose though.

I like 10mg and you can use it long term.

So this week things are pretty much the same. .
Test mix 600 a week
Npp 200 a week
Mk677 10 mg a night
Cialis 20 mg pre workoUT

Appetite out of control..
Libido is crazy and well being is amazing.

Recovery and strength are really good now too in regards to training.

I'm happy for you bro...you liking the Cialis at 20mg? How many days per week are you using it?

20 mg of cialis 4 days a week...blood pressure lower,great pumps and ready for action whenever due th it's long half life..
I got some workouts to log!

Db flat press:
3 sets of 8
Decline smith machine press:
3 sets of 6
Machine flyes:
3 sets of 10
Dips:
2 sets 15
DB front raise:
3 sets of 15
Bb over and back press:
3 sets of 10

There are lots of little tweaks that I leave out...28 days later is a tough one!

Lots of good stretching on that back session.

Meadows programs always have those little extra things we often forget, like stretching movements, that make them so unique and effective.

And I love his stuff,very humbling programmes..the first time I did MD I had to basically cut my weights in half.Even currently I still cant use my strongest #'s.

500 test cyp
200 npp..both weekly
20 mg mk677 daily
Cialis 20 mg on training das
20 mg nolva daily .

I will continue with MD training for now..

I need to tighten up on my eating.

But feeling great and finally smashung training and getting my physique on track...I weighed 273 last night..

I will send pics to anyone who can help me post them
