OK so I made a mistake here..
I have been doing 400 test cyp.not 500..just to note....

This week I will try going:
600 test cyp
300 npp
20 mg mk677 nightly
20 mg nolva daily
And 20 mg cialis on training days.

Still doing MD training...hitting 4 days a week right now

Eating has gotten better but still need to tighten up more on it.

Pretty brutal.
Between zyrtec and my allergies and the mk dvd I am really tired daily.
The test cyp and npp are great no pip and so smooth

I was 272 last night.

My weight was 272 last night,a couple of weeks ago I was 277..one switch I did make was cyp for the test mix.
Waiting for a couple more test mix and I will start it back
It was leaving me sore,I heard this batch is smooth as silk.

Hammer strength flat press super set with incliNE flye (palms down)
4 sets 8 reps on both
Didon't have a a lot of time,short and sweet.

Yes DQ will be shutting down in a few months time.

Everything will run as normal and stock will slowly be liquidated.
