Back ,bis
Legs
Chest ,delts ,tris
This week same split but back,bis twice
Next week same but legs twice..
My weight was around 240 and was around 244 on Sat.
No real diet just adding a shake on training days and watching portions and paying attention to do a little more frequent meals(extra protein) and less carbs..
I am excited to start Primo which will be added in with some test e...very low to start and probably from here on out..
