Here we go....
I know I have done several logs over the years,but it has been 2 or 3 years since I have done one.I have been with one sponsor the last couple years,and have been just maintaining..So recently I have talked with Dutch and are going to see how things progress over the next few months.
I would also like to note they are very professional and very fast.I started reviewing this week and so far so good.Presentation is great and no pip....Not sure if this is worth nothing my weight is up a couple lbs and it's only Friday.
Starting with..
Sust250 @ .5 3 times a week
Npp100 @ .5 3 times a week
Not thinking there will be a need to increase..
More to come later today..i will detail my eating and training..
 
Ok so I thought I could update daily and I will do better, but I work weekends so bare with me..
My training from Sat....
I do several warmups on each exercise but I will not include them here..
Machine chest press :
2 sets of 12
Incline smith:
2 sets of 10
Machine flye:
2 sets of 10
Assisted dip:
2 sets of 8
Reverse machine shoulder press:
2 sets of 10
Reverse pec dec:
1 set of 12
Db side lateral:
1 set of 15
Overhead rope ext:

Machine crunch:

So today is one week in..
I haven't gained much weight,but maybe 2 or 3 lbs but my look is changing a little already.weight gain is not really the goal ,I am eating probably 3 times a day and on training days I do a shake as well...
There is no meal plan in order, but I hope to change that. Honestly my food ,training, and supps have been all about maintaining..
I weighed 249 with gym clothes on . (Sat)which is not heavy for me..
I am thinking I wanna stay around 250 and get leaner,not sure at 44 that I can.But here we go!

To note...
When trying new dvds I like to keep things the same and make changes as we progress...
So a little over a week in and I feel good and notice some slight change even though I am keeping things low. Like I said I have been just maintaing the last year or so and haven't been really pushing anything..So now as things are improving I may pick up and the pace in the gym and with my eating.The thing is I can't really handle getting up to 270 or 280 ,I just feel awful a weight..also may need to add some adex or mast. P to the mix..
 
This new job is a huge adjustment ..
The start of a new week though..i will try training 4 days this week and bumping things up a bit...

I wanted to update a little..
Just a couple weeks in at very low dose,I feel great and noticed slight changes in my look..i feel better during training,although my strength is about the same..libido and hunger are both like I am in my 20's and I am 44..

Been running crazy..but still here..
Haven't changed much but feel great.ive been a little under the weather and have had my little girl with me the last few days..

I know that isn't much but it is a bump up..

Ok so a little update..
On a side note..
Yes I have been skipping legs the last couple weeks,I have had surgery on my right knee and a bad injury on my left knee..i had some sharp pain last time trained legs so o was giving them a break..
My weight was around 246 yesterday so I haven't really gained any weight which I normally always gain a little weight when starting a good course..i would definitely be concerned with this normally..But my look is really changung..
 
Ok I wanted to note since my last post..i have changed nothing and gained 3 lbs..so minimal food,supps and training and my weight is up..feel great too btw..
 
Just a small update..
I trained back and bis Friday and chest,shoulders and tris yesterday ..
So I am going on 3 weeks in,and yesterday workout was the first one where I knew things are getting better and that I can go harder..My strength was better,nothing hurt and my joints felt great..
The mct oil makes it easy to take and never any oil2whatsoever!

Ok so my presence In here has been lacking ..
But we are on week 4 now..
I plan to...
Supps..
1 ml sust twice a week
1 ml npp twice a week
Which is still low but a lot compared what I've been doing the last few yrs..
Started this yesterday with no pip whatsoever..
My weight is right at 250 ,up about 7 lbs since I started. I used to get up around 270-280 but just can't do that anymore..
Training..
Chest,delts,triceps
Back ,biceps
Legs
And maybe a touch up day as time moves on.
Food..
Right now just get more consistent and frequent with better choices..especially on training days..i have been doing about 3 meals and shake right now..
I am working towards..
300 protein
300 carbs
100 fats
 
Been a little under the weather and covered up with family stuff (my birthday and my like girl going to the dr)
Plus swamped with work.

Back in here with some updates..
 
Ok so yesterday I did a upper body day and today I finally did legs..
Strength was decent and more importantly my workouts have been feeling great..
So in 5 weeks I have gained around 7 or 8 lbs while just doing maintenance workouts,eating and supps.
My eating better and bump up in supos has definitely improved my look
.
 
Changes to note..
My weight is holding between 245 and 250 which is a few lbs up from when I started. I started this about 6 weeks ago basically keeping all variables the same just to see how o did with the addition of the DVD s alone. VERY low dose..1.5 ml of sust and 1.5 ml of npp a week.Eating VERY minimally and more reg types of food and training for maitainence 2 to 3 days a week.
So of course as time moves on and I progress I am finally ready to turn up the intensity..
