Some very good points here...

I would like to point out that cavemen were considered "old" if they made it into their 30s!

We are living much longer now and seeing more health issues because of this. As the average age increases, more "co-mobidities" are seen.

I think we need to remember that.

Eating high fats and proteins only will have an effect on health. Some may tolerate it while others don't. Cholesterol is only manafactured by organisms with livers, so, eating meats will expose you to cholesterol while drinking whey will not. If you are genetically prone to coronary artery disease, you may want to watch your cholesterol and fat intake... The long term effects of a Palumbo style diet may outweigh the short term advantages...

There are many variables... I know to listen to my body and a keto diet makes me feel like total shit! My body's way of telling me something isn't right!

didnt read the whole thread i gotta take my nap but i will later...i agree with johnny...id get clogged up on that....find a good plumber because your gonna be clogging up toilets on a diet like that i know i did

day 7


Diet has stayed , not cheated or anything wich is good.
dbol should be kicking in soon been 7 days ( can already notice small effects) maybe not as much as soon as no carbs?

cardio hasnt been 5 days week cuase kals are so low im aiming for 3 a week, feal tired in monring after realy good workout lol must be no carbs...

DAY 9



Just injected 1ml synthol in the peak of each bicep, will be diong 2ml eod from now on, got 200ml+ of solid synthol so will run till it runs out.


prochem test400 should be here in a day or two, will be running 1.5ml of that.

on dbol @ 30mg atm split thought out day.

not cheated on diet yet, alot easier now to stick too...not even craving nice food.

had a quick 40min workout of bi and tri for teh synthol injection and done some leg stuff (only a little as got a dodgy knee so no squats)

overall ok workout nothing great....but tbh its getting darker quicker here so im more tired lol

anyway will keep updating ,
