I would like to point out that cavemen were considered "old" if they made it into their 30s!
We are living much longer now and seeing more health issues because of this. As the average age increases, more "co-mobidities" are seen.
I think we need to remember that.
Eating high fats and proteins only will have an effect on health. Some may tolerate it while others don't. Cholesterol is only manafactured by organisms with livers, so, eating meats will expose you to cholesterol while drinking whey will not. If you are genetically prone to coronary artery disease, you may want to watch your cholesterol and fat intake... The long term effects of a Palumbo style diet may outweigh the short term advantages...
There are many variables... I know to listen to my body and a keto diet makes me feel like total shit! My body's way of telling me something isn't right!
