My legs hurt all the time!

3 weeks ago i trained legs. I only did 3 ex.

- squat
- leg press
- leg extension.

My legs still hurt and i can't train them. I hate it. Is this normal????

No, this is not normal. How many sets/reps did you do? Did you warm up? Did you stretch before/during the exercises? Have any previous leg injuries? I assume recovery is not a problem, as muscles will usually be fully recovered, and perhaps even start degenerating after 3 weeks off (especially the genetically damned). Many contributing factors here.
 
What happened all the other times you trained legs? assuming this was not the first time...:rolleyes:
 
Assumption can be a bitch, lol. Are you shooting alot of gear in there?

3 WEEKS AGO IS FAR TOO LONG TO BE SORE FROM ONE LEG WORKOUT.
WHEN I AM DIETING AND DOING THE TREADMILL OR BIKE I HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL OR MY LEGS GET OVERTRAINED. USUALLY I END UP DOING JUST THE TREADMILL SLOWLY FOR A LONG SESSION BEFORE MY FIRST MEAL IN THE MORNING AND AFTER MY LAST MEAL IN THE EVENING. THE LONGEST I HEAD OF BEING SORE FROM ONE LEG WORKOUT IS A WEEK. I PERSONALLY NEED AT LEAST 4 DAYS AND USUALLY 5 DAYS OF REST DAYS BETWEEN LEG SESSIONS.:D
 
No, i'm training legs for a while. The pain was better yesterday, so i finally trained them again. I love training legs...

I did only 1 excercice, squats. Man, my legs hurt so much i can' t move.

I did deepsquats, and i mean really deep. My ass nearly touch the ground. I think it because i squat so deep, but i don't beleave in regularsquats.
