Hello all!! About 4 months ago I injured my neck , back and knee in an auto accident it could have been much , much worse.I also was diagnosed with a stomach problem (not to be a dick but none of which i would like to go into)..
These problems kept me totally out of the iron game.Prior to this I lived this shit! Timed meals with "perfict " macro nutrient breakdowns, hard core balls to the wall training and so on..I even Quit my job with con-ed and became a personal trainer!I was in what what I thaught to be very good shape 196-200lbs with 7-8%bf at 5'11... Iv now put on about 10lbs of fat and lost much muscle...I will be getting back to the gym very soon and would like soom advice....I plan on training 3 days a week and doing 45min of cardio in the a.m the other 4 days..(3 days a week allways worked best for me)..I will be following some of my old Swole Cat diet techniques with a spin Swoled up (bulking diet ) on training days and his cut diet on off days,this technique workd well for me in the past..I would love some advice though!!! Thanks
 
Glad to hear your getting better!

I assume that you are pretty much healed or healed enough that you can tackle the weights?

Swole knows his shit on diet and you shouldn't go wrong with that. Are you planning on getting back into shape being using super supplements?

No..Im not going to be using any of the "super supps" for a while..I v done both of swoles diets over a year ago and plan on combining both this time around...When I do his cutting diet I tend to lose a bit more muscle than id like and I go flat but when I add some more carbs on training days it seems to work well..I want to go back to training 3 days a week like I used to (that worked well for me) but im not sure if thats the right way to go now that im just starting out again any suggestions?????Thanks
