My lipids….should I be worried?

Hey guys and gals, about 4months since my cycle which was roughly 15mg Anavar Ed and Primo 60-70mg a week(female user).

Im not worried but should I be? The natural supps have never helped me, I do run Cardarine 20mg for cycle and still currently 10mg daily. I have my doctors appointment tomorrow, should I ask for a statin and if so which one?

Is your HDL always that high? What effect has cardarine had on your HDL? I wouldn't worry about your values. If you add certain aids to get your total down it will likely reduce LDL and HDL. No need for a statin at all but there are some good options but again totally not needed. I would just keep eating clean (healthy fats, greens, berries), drinking lot's of water and doing your cardio. Adding in the likes of berberine, flaxseed, plant sterols and citrus bergamot obviously won't hurt matters either.

Hey Mate, no its normally about 15points lower but so is my LDL.

I have tried bergamot before maybe I will order some more tho. Cardarine is a huge game changer tho.
