It is said that the best therapy is to talk about your problems.
Having said that I would like to tell you A little bit about myself and my battle with alcohol and how body building is helping to save my life.
I'm 35 years old and have been working out since I was around 23. As do many young men I began guzzling beer on A daily basis about the same age as I began working out.
I never gave any thought to what that was doing to me or the ones around me until recently when I began juicing.
The truth is that if I had kicked the bottle years ago I would be much further along with my body and may never had to use gear.
I had to decide what I wanted more, My health and family or to get high every day.
Now when I say I drank, I dont mean I had A couple of beers and got loose, I mean I was up to 15+ beers every (and I mean EVERY) day.
I would get up have meal 1, work out go to work, meal 2, meal 3, etc. Until I got home and thats when I'd start poundin' the brew.
My kidneys were killing me (and still do) and I could not eat as much as I should have been.
I'm not sure how things will go in the future but I will say that I'm focused on my health and thats A damn good incentive.
I think it was watching Ron Colemans videos that got me inspired to do something about this so that is why I say that Bodybuilding is saving my life.
Hope this all makes sense and I'd like to keep you guys updated if I may as the members here have been some of the best freinds I have ever had, Thank you for giving me/us such A wonderfull place to talk Big-A.
