Hey what do you guys think of this, I am trying to lose body fat but at the same time bring up my lagging muscles, I feal my chest and legs could use some size compared to the rest of my physique. So this is what I wanted to try.
I want to train and take:
MON-chest,abs 8IUs HGH PWO with slin
TUE-quads,calves 4ius HGH PWO with slin
WED-arms 2ius HGH am 2iusHGH PWO no slin
THUR-rest
FRI-back 2ius HGH am 2ius HGH PWO no slin
SAT-shoulders,traps,hamstrings 2ius HGH am 2ius HGH PWO no slin
SUN-rest
Also I wanted my diet Mon-Wed to be high carb about 600g as I weigh 215lb now. Then Thur-Sun I will cut carbs back to about 200g a day maybe lower if I want.
I will also run for AAS:
50mg tren ED
100mg masteron EOD
400EQ/week
Test P 100mg EOD
Clen up to 120mcg a day and maybe cut it back to 40mcg mon-wed
Like I said my goal is to shed BF even though im about 8% now I still want to grow in the right places, this is more of just an experiment for me as I dont have a competition this year and can play around a bit and if I find something that works well this year I might use it next year for my comp.
