My mom just got diagnosed with osteoporosis, anyone know something about these medications?

So my mom (age 55) just got diagnosed with osteoporosis.
T score of 3.0 in the spine. (not good)
Fuckin doctor knew she had osteopenia from her dexa 5 years ago but didn't even tell her about it.

She had an appointment with an HRT clinic that I recommended, after years of me telling her to do it but she didn't because her "doctor" told her its dangerous, the same one who ignored her osteopenia.

then she went to her doctors and they suggested 3 different medications

TYMLOS (abaloparatide) , FORTEO (teriparatide) and EVENITY (romosozumab-aqqg)

She will be doing HRT for sure, but should she take one of these big pharma drugs aswell?

at a late stage usually those medicines are given unfortunately

if bone density is that low its better to take big pharma drugs too i know it from my own grandmother.
