My morning shake.

Why not just add a little protein powder for flavor and mix in the cottage cheese with fruit? Now that's a yummy shake and you could put whatever fats in with it to

2 scoops of protein
3/4 cup of egg whites
1 cup of orange juice
package of belveta breakfast cookies

Lol yes cookies ! Breakfast cookie look them up there pretty good !

Not the best food in the world but this shake seems to keep me full and it's good and I hit my macros.

fresh berries ( blue berries, strawberries etc)
coconut oil
1 orange
oats
a touch of cinnamon

50gram egg whites
1 cup crushed pinapple

hit the slin...chug the egg whites....watch the news while eating the rice covered in pinapple....sip on coffee as well. Been doing this everyday at 5am for a very long time
